Surf Classes

Addressed to those who face their first surfing experience, the base course offers general skills, helping the learner face his/her first experiences in water, in absolute safety: a requisite for obtaining the maximum of fun.

The following topics will be addressed:

• Paddling technique and correct positioning on the board, reading of the direction of the
  wave.

Intended for those who have already had a good surfing experience and wish to deepen and improve their surfing technique.

The following topics will be addressed:

• Wave reading: identification and adequate positioning on the line up.

• Technical improvement of surfing: acquisition of speed, and basic maneuvers to obtain the maximum performance on the wave.

• Priority rules.

The advanced course is meant for all the atletes who want to better develop their longboarding technique, having already reached a good intermediate level.

 

The following topics will be addressed:

• Surfing style refinement: Classic maneuvers: cross stepping, nose riding (hang ten and hang five)

• Radicality of the surf: floater, cut-back, off the lip.
